Kali ini, BEM FMIPA UNEJ telah mengadakan upgrading yang ketiga dengan tema &#8220;ON MYC (Optimize management performance and create your creativity)&#8221;. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan dan memberikan pemahaman  tentang design kepada BPH BEMF MIPA 2022. Kegiatan Upgrading 3 ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 29 Juni 2022 pukul 08.00 WIB. Acara ini diawali dengan opening dan sambutan-sambutan. Sambutan dilakukan oleh ketupat dan presbem fmipa. Acara dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan materi design oleh pemateri yaitu Kak Irma Dwi Anggraeni. Acara dilanjutkan dengan pemberian tugas atau design challenge. Terdapat 2 tugas yang diberikan kepada BPH BEM, yaitu membuat design poster ucapan selamat hari raya idul adha dan membuat design bebas yang di upload di story instagram BPH BEM masing-masing. Acara dilanjutkan dengan sesi tanya jawab yang berlangsung aktif, terlihat dari peserta yang bertanya saat sesi tanya jawab. Acara dilanjutkan dengan penyerahan sertifikat oleh ketupat ke pemateri.
